1 Purpose

This Refund & Service Adjustment Policy explains how Blessings Mechanical handles requests for refunds, adjustments, or corrections related to completed handyman services.
Our goal is to maintain fairness, transparency, and professionalism while ensuring our clients receive quality workmanship within the limits of California Business and Professions Code §7048.

2 General Policy

Because Blessings Mechanical provides custom, on-site services, refunds are generally not offered after work has been completed.
However, we stand by the quality of our workmanship and will review any valid concerns to ensure each client is satisfied with the results.

3 Eligibility for Refund or Adjustment

You may be eligible for a refund, repair, or partial credit if:

  • The service performed does not match the signed estimate or invoice, or

  • The work was not completed as described, or

  • There is a verified workmanship defect reported within five (5) business days of completion.

If a problem arises, please contact us immediately at elias@blessingsmechanical.com so we can evaluate and resolve it promptly.

4 Exclusions

Refunds or adjustments are not available for:

  • Normal wear, misuse, or damage caused after completion

  • Pre-existing or concealed conditions not visible during inspection

  • Client-supplied materials or instructions that cause issues

  • Work exceeding the agreed scope without prior written approval

  • Situations where the client withholds payment or initiates a chargeback without prior communication

5 Resolution Process

  1. Contact Us: Email or call within five (5) business days of completion.

  2. Review: We will review job records, photos, and signed documentation.

  3. Decision: We may offer one of the following remedies:

    • Free correction of the issue (preferred option)

    • Partial service credit toward future work

    • Partial or full refund if appropriate

Our goal is always to correct any legitimate workmanship issue before offering a refund.

6 Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel scheduled work at no cost if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time may result in a forfeited deposit or service fee to cover time and travel preparation.

7 Dispute Resolution

Before filing a chargeback or third-party payment dispute, clients agree to contact Blessings Mechanical directly to resolve any concerns.
We maintain full documentation — including signed estimates, photos, and communication logs — to ensure a fair resolution for both parties.
